AGERTO is a training center opening from everybody without distinction of neither race nor religion. He welcomes the young mothers, the resource less, orphans, needy to form them free in the domains as the sewing, batik, joinery, sculpture, soldering, sheeting and texture until their passage to the exams that are organized by the Togolese government. Volunteer tasks The volunteer would take care of the German correspondence, it means that he formulates the letters, write the reports and the demands. The work includes also the translation of French in German and vice-versa. It is always good when the volunteer is present and be close to the apprentices in order to encourage the social contact, the exchange intercultural and the integration.
AGERTO is located at the district of Kliguekondji on the road of Hanyigba village not far from ICAT
The volunteer should be able to communicate in French and should be motivated to work with young people, be able to work independent and to bring Enthusiasm and motivation for the project. The volunteer should be able to adopt, initiate and innovate during their stay in the project. Creativity, being spontaneous, business sense is more than welcome. The volunteer should be mature and be ready to work. Above all the volunteer should have patience or be willing to be patient during his or her service.
Campagne des Hommes (CdH) is a legally registered, non-profit organisation, founded by a group of young Togolese volunteers in 1994. Full fledged activities started in 1998. Its head office is in Kpalimé and consists of three full time staff. Its activities are mainly carried out in Kpalimé and surroundings, and in the town of Aktapamé.
Besides its local development activities, i.e. micro credit and saving bank for people of scarce resources, CdH offers long and short-term voluntary service placements in a crèche for young children, schools for deaf and blind people, education for mentally challenged youth, and an out-of-school project.
