The group is really big and there is just one person working so the attention with the children might be lacking. Giving to children from 3 to 10 years old all the attention and following that task all the time. Waking up the children at 7am (Monday – Saturday). Waking up the children 8am (Sunday). Help the children to take a shower and have breakfast. Help to do homework and to get dressed for school. Taking them to the school.
In the project. The volunteer will have personal space, individual bathroom and shower, locker for clothes, shoes and personal items.

The volunteer should be: Female Emotionally mature Reliable and sincere Open Have a good working attitude Desirable: Some volunteers prepare cultural or recreational activities for the girls Duration Minimum: 4 Weeks Maximum: 16 Weeks BESOIN SPéCIAL The work takes place from 7am to 2pm and from 5:54pm to 8:30pm. – Have emotional maturity, to be prudent, reliable, have opened, available and sincerity – Arrivals : Mondays, no pick -up after 23:00 PM – ICYE provide Spanish lessons at an extra cost. The cost of the program is the same, if the volunteer stays for less than a month.
ICYE was founded in Mexico in 1967. Servicio Internacional para el Intercambio Juvenil – SIIJUVE became member of the ICYE Federation in 1986. The National Committee is made up of co-workers (many former exchangees), host families and programme participants. There are five regional groups in Tuxtla Gutierrez Chiapas, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Puebla and Toluca, co-ordinated by the national office, located in Puebla.
There is a wide range of projects – from kindergartens; work with disabled, street children, to ecological projects in urban and rural areas, and rural development projects, archaeology. Practical training experiences in arts, crafts, dance, and ceramics. Attendance of university courses is possible, at participant's own expenses.
